I was thinking about going to test and tune night tomorrow night at edgewater race way. Yes they run on wednesday nights, with hardly anyone there. Any body else from the cincy area want to go?

I can't make it, but I plan on heading over Friday if the weather looks good. My brother-in-law is bringing his 1993 Cobra down from New York and we're planning on giving it and my Lightning a few runs at Edgewater. May flog the Benz a couple times just for laughs.

How busy is it over there on a typical Friday? What else do I need to know? I'm planning on bringing little else than a helmet and some shoe polish.

IS EDGEWATER 1/8 OR 1/4 THE ONLY PLACE I RUN IS AT KILKARE IN XENIA AND CANT ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THE SHIFT I WORK. BUT MAYBE I CAN USE SOME OF THEM SICK DAYS THAT HAVE BEEN ACCUMULATING TO GET OUT W/YOU GUYS. COUGH... COUGH... MAN I THINK I'M COMING DOWN W/SOMETHING.

Thanks for the tip! I didn't know they started running down there on Wednesdays I wont be able to make it tomorrow but I'm in for next Wednesday (Aug. 2nd) If anyone wants to go then?

SilverY2k, Brad is right Fridays @ Edgewater is mostly spent hanging out in the staging lanes... Thursdays @ Kil Kare is about the same... A good place to go is
Tri-State on Saturdays 5:00 until dusk, 30 - 40 cars is the norm and most of the time you can pull right in to the box without even waiting!

White00, All the tracks I mentioned are 1/4 mile, IMO Edgewater is the nicest facility, Kil Kare has the best traction and Tri-State is the least crowded,
