Pleased w/ Last nights 1320 performance
Well had quit a few good strong races last night at the Desoto Speedway.
Temp = between 90-84 (From Console)
Humidity = yes, lots
Barametric = that too.
(old track doesn't give that info)
Raced a Typhoon from West Palm Beach most of the night. Was very pleased to be running neck and neck with him. He had some mods done (Cold air, chip, larger intercooler). His best 14.19. Pulled me over after the first run and his comment was "Alright, what have you done to it?" I always like those questions. Those Typhoons sure get out of the hole quick but the "L" tore it up on the second half of the race.
Ran personnal best time
60' = 2.154
1/4 = 14.15
Spd = 98.7
Had a new combo of small upgrades done.
Redline Water Wetter in I/C tank
I/C pump switch (cool I/C between runs)
Don't know if these helped or what but I ran better. Still can't wait for the Cooler temps to show up in FLA. Will be nice. Now just need to work on getting those 60' time down to 1.9-2.0 and will shave the "L" down to 13.9. Lots of tire spin. So I am told.
Shout out to all the West coast (FLA) "L" owners and to all of the rest of you as well!
