Post Sidepipes are sweet!

Hey Guys,

We all know sidepipes are sweet looking on the Lightning and I would like to extend this look to my 94 Mustang GT (both sides).

I know alot of you are Mustang owners also so can you help me track down who sells the sidepipe kits and what they run. I know I've seen SVO's kit on some , but I would like to see some other brands.

Thanks for your help!

Roush makes a nice setup.... here's a pic:

Here's the car:

Hard to see the pipes, but they blend in nicely with the ground effects. Pardon the dealer sign ....

Those are the ones that I like, but I need a kit for a '94 Mustang.

I would love to have rectangular sidepipes like that.

Educate me, what would've been the downside in going with dual exits each side of the L? Wouldn't there be a way to maintain the exhaust flow rate even with the extra pipes? A larger diameter maybe. An illusion of two exhaust tips, I don't know. It would certainly look great.

Agreed rallyone, but I think Ford was concerned with the gas fill right above an exhaust pipe. Burning pickups is a GM trait.

rallyone-

High Risk has done many mods to his L, including a fuel cell in the bed.... After moving the fuel source, he added pipes to the drivers side. I think that they are more for looks than anything else.

THEY LOOK GREAT HIGH RISK!

LightningDammit,
If it didn't hurt my performance, then I thing it would look pretty damn good.

I'm getting amazed at my spelling and grammar lately. Does this board have a mind of its own, or is it just rubbing off on me?

The pipes aren't just for looks. I have long tube headers and three inch manderal bent exhaust running back to dual 2 chamber Flowmasters. The only major bends are where thet turn and come out the sides. The fuel cell was a necessity to run the exhaust like I wanted to.
