Canton Oil Pan and Windage tray: part numbers and best deal

I've searched however did not find any conclusive results to my question.
I'm rebuilding a motor and I would like to go with a Canton pan and windage tray. If I do so, do I need to purchase their pickup, or will the stocker work? I know there are a few models for the 4.6/5.4, but is there a Lightning specific model out? Also, where is the best place (besides Canton) to purchase on without getting gouged?

Much thanks. I've been gone for a while, but I'm getting close to having the beast back online.

Windage tray

Scot at VT did not recommend a windage tray for my LB. I think they sell them but they did not see an advantage for the 5.4. Not sure why, but you could ask on Mod Fords, as they have a forum there.

I have a windage tray from my Canton oil pan sitting in my closet. I didn't install it due to the fact that I don't rev the crap out of my motor. A windage tray would be more beneficial on a 4.6 which sees more RPMs.
