Where are we going?

 

Im not a HALO member but would love to head out to HRP sometime to meet all of you fellow L owners. If it wasnt such a long drive for me to go to LSR, I would have met everyone some time ago. HRP is good for me either fri or sun.

We will be headed to HRP this Friday night so we can get some 1/4 mile times in. According to LSR they were fixed? I sent everyone a e-mail I received from them answering our concerns from last Sunday. It pretty much said that the track was fixed and treated, but that all the club cars with street tires knock off all the rubber at the start because of their harder tires. We should have been lining up out side their grove. ???? We will see next month. No one is boycotting them, we just want to get some 1/4 mile times in.

Going out to Baytown. That is B.S. as to the track conditions. We are always out there and there is always street cars running. But that is the worst it has ever been. I'll give them a couple of weeks to get it straightened out before I go back. Going to have the throttle body on for Friday - we'll see what it does.

Yeah, what's the deal? From the way it sounds, LSR is pretty much a no-go (due to slippery surface on Sunday?). Let me know if y'all are going to HRP (too far for me) and if so, when will they fix LSR. THANKS!
