Anyone else had problems with the clearcoat on the wheels chipping and flaking off? Three of mine have spots where the clearcoat is bubbling up and then flaking off. Any solutions other than having the wheels replaced under warranty?

Mine arent peeling yet but - I was wondering this morning, since the rims are painted does anyone sell touch up paint for them ?? I have got a couple dings from curbs that would be less noticeable with a little TLC.

if you can't get them replaced, try clear finger nail polish on the damaged areas, it works great!

At 1500 miles most of the metalic silver came off my right rear wheel, under it is a grey base. Is that what happened to you? I had mine repleced. I have nearly 12000 /14 months on mine now and no other problems with them now.

blue blood, that's it. The silver is chipping up, and there's a grey base cout underneath. Guess I'll wait until it gets worse and then let the local Ford house buy me a new set of wheels.
