floyd i tested the kit the other night and i got a .4 gain on the e.t.'s i'm not going to say everybody will get the same results but i'm sure you will get between .2 and.4 gains in the e.t.'s with good traction..... yes it will work with the psp and the pro-m mass air kit too.... e-mail me for pricing you won't be disapointed!

Nice, but I would probably bottom out the first week and crack it off. Also I dont see it working with the Pro-M without a filter change and relocation of the air temp. line. I was told not to change my filter or relocate line without a possible re-calabration of the Pro-M, by Pro-M. I could be wrong though on that, dont know much about them. Nice item though, really.

caka it should work with the pro-m your right it will need a different filter which i will be selling too. i don't see why it would need to be re-calibrated tho....i will be testing a pro-m here shortly so i should know for sure then. and i don't think you will tear off the ram air scoop easily its up under more than it looks in the pictures... any questions e-mail me @ cobra93474@aol.com or call 717 786 4670

Question

Nice looking cheap? ram air set up. Some of you guys may remember I brought this up a while back. Nice to see the idea come to fruition. What about water in daily driving?
Any chances of it flooding the intake? I may have to have one anyway for the dry days. Whats the price....Let's just say I want one. <Lightning@zebra.net> message me with the facts....Thanks.

I dont think water can make it up there unless you drive into a lake or a full ditch.

the only cutting needed is where the tube goes up into the plastic fender well thats all......if some want to you can leave it alone and let the plastic stick down but for a neater job trim around pipe.....

Question

Johnny,
Steve here, I have a small question in regards to the ram air. The unit looks good..
but, isn't the placement of the filter in the pix going to take away from the actual purpose of the ram air?...I thought that the ram air was supposed to bring cooler air from
the ground. It seems that it is going to mix with the air that is being brought in from the engine compartment (which is warmer). Is there a filter available to fit inline so that the ram air is an enclosed unit from the nozzle up?...Don't know a lot about induction
but that is what it appears to be to me.....

Exclamation

black bolt i tested many different setups with the ram air believe me this is the one that works the reason it's not totaly enclosed is because the engine can't get enough air at full boost i had a totaly enclosed ram air on it and when i floored the truck it wouldn't go over 4,000 rpm's theses blowers got to have all kinds of air the ram air still works great because when your under full eccleration the ram air is forcing plenty of air into the end of filter therefor its working like it should IF the engine needs more air it can get it from the sides of the filter. plus if its totaly enclosed you'll experience the surging effect. so believe me with the drop in et's i experienced this is the set up!
