This 2.6L KB looks plain ole BAD A$$

I wasnt always a fan of the KB and looks, BUT I SURE AM NOW
WOO HOO !!! First let me say THIS THING IS HUGE, (and heavy), and
prrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrety ; o ) did I mention HEAVY. WOW what a diff from the look of the 2.3, very impressive. The whole design and HUGE Plenum really looks BAD A$$ sitting in there too, maybe there's hope for the looks of a L engine compartment after all : o )

A Big Thank You to Sue and Erin (and of course Johnny Lightning where ever you are) Got to love a vendor who you call late yesterday afternoon to order a Big Bore KB and it's at my door 9:30 am this morning, AWESOME SERVICE gets (3) Thumbs Up from me, THANKS JLP (and Sue and Erin for letting me chew their ears off, hehehehehe)

Obviously I had to work today and unfortunately it rained all day and most of tonight, and I'll be out of State tomorrow, BUT being the nut I am I went out there in the cold dark night and started on it.

as my girl always says, "THIS THING IS HUGE"

Every nut bolt bracket gasket belt hoses lines and wiring you need (right down the the solder)

This is most likely a temp intake for me, I understand a nice Inlet Tube will be available shortly

Got A LOT done considering it's wet and dark out there (rain stopped though).

The Blower still has the clear Tape on it and the yellow is reflection of drop light

It's nearing 1am now, since I'm going to be out of state tomorrow I may not get anything else done, but at least I got the eaton and EGR system off, the TPS Wiring Harness Extended, a little modification to one bolt, and the BAD BOY in place. Knowing me I'll be out there in 4 or 5 hours when day light hits and get another hour or so on it. I want to tq it all down and start the brackets and hoses and lines, hopefully Sunday it'll be running and I'll be breaking Sals ***** to Dyno me, hehehehehe

I'M SMILING FROM EAR TO EAR ; o))-

Tool box in the back of my truck, it looks like a road trip is in order tomorrow.

Pop the hood of that red truck and remove that big paper weight.

Glad you like how it looks Rob, cause I think it looks like it came out of a defective Lego set.

Don't forget to check the throttle spring clearance with the hood when you are done.
