Driving up PCH in Malibu. Going the opposite direction was a guy in a brand new Porsche 911 Turbo.

Saw him eyeing my truck and as I passed saw his head whip around, still checking the L out.

It’s a pretty cool feeling knowing that a dude in an awesome $115,000.00 work of art is impressed by a truck like ours.

Sounds just like the fun I had beating a Carrera 2 and a Boxster S on the same night at Texas MotorPlex

Or the look on the Chevy dealers face when I stopped to test drive the Z06. We had to drive from the Used car lot to the New Car lot and since he was talking trash about Fords, I offered to drive him in my Lightning. After I punched it and we did a power slide across 3 lanes of the service road, it banged second and I saw his head snap back. I hit the brakes to U turn under I35 and went back to WOT. He turned to me and said how often do you do that ? I said every once in a while. He then stated that he didnt remember being in anything that fast, and that he would not be trash talking Fords after that ride.

We then drove a 6 speed ( Non Z06 ) Corvette I wasnt that impressed. I was surprised I fit in it. I liked the heads up display and the traction control was cool, but its not worth $5000.00 over the $50 k sticker
