Last night while going home, the illumination of my dash and speedometer and stuff went out but all of the other lights like turn signals and stuff work fine, I checked all the fuses and they were fine. Does anyone know what caused the lights to go out and is their maybe a bulb that needs to be replaced in the dash?

Very fitting name for your symptom. Mine have been out since July (I think). Entire instrument cluster needs to be replaced and mine has been on back-order since early September. Check out this previous thread that shows we're not alone https://www.f150online.com/f150board...ML/004722.html .

When you take it in have your dealer search his databases for details on the problem. They took my whole dash apart before they realized that they have to order the part. One less chance for the to screw something up.

There's also a 15 amp. under the hood that controls the lights.

Mine went out also. Estimated 2 week wait for the part. We'll see how long it really takes. Feel like i'm 14 again.
