Angry spark plug

my truck has 47000 mils its a 2000 and im woried that im going to blow a spark plug im hearing like a leak from the headers some time when i drive it is there any way to prevent this from happining i hate this .?

pull the cops and check the tightness of the plugs.. then pray

+1 I had that happen. Found one loose. Now I check them periodically.

I have JDM do a plug swap for me once a year for piece of mind, I agree with the above, if I were you I'd pull the coil and make sure there tight a least once a year.

Question thanks how hard is it

i never worked on ford how hard is it to work on them plugs is ford hard to work on

I have changed out scores if not hundreds of plugs over the last 40 years.... It took me 4 1/2 hours to change my L's plugs...... It's no fun
