'00 Black,
After you mentioned it you are right about Johnny running the 12.59 on Sunday after Sal left. I forgot he only came down for Sat. My apologies.

BAD DOG is right about the trucks all being a little different. Besides the MAF meter there is also cams variences and cam degreeing variences along with a villion other varience which may be with in spec but make for different animal once assembled and running. JMO

FLIP CHIP, PRO-M/FILTER ARE THE WAY TO GO. I have a custom Superchip with street and track only programs. The chip was programmed for the Pro-M. It doesn't ping and if we ever get a 55 degree nite here in Texas I'm bettin I can turn a 8.34 (1/8 mile) which the big boys tell me is a 12.97 in the quarter. It runs great!!!!!!!!!! The Pro-M is a winner provided your chip is programmed for it. The airraid is not.

Dumb question: If the PRO-M is 80mm and the stock MAF is already 80mm, how does the PRO-M help anyway?

Stock MAF is 80mm like the Pro-M. In terms of my Pro-M, it has a sample tube that doesn't interfear with air flow across the 80mm bore of the MAF. It straddles the outer perimeter. Very nice setup. I'm very happy with mine. Just takes chip tuning on some L's to avoid detonation. Stock, there is no ping at all with the Pro-M.
