Changed *&%?@ plugs today

Jeezzz, 3-1/2 hours to get the new plugs in and I still have the coil packs to replace. And I have fairly small hands. I've always changed my own spark plugs, etc and I've never seen anything to rival this thing for difficulty. Ford Engineers should be taken out and made to change these things every day for punishment. Now I remeber why I like working on my old cars.

I'll never forget my first time

Sorry to hear it Bro but after you finish you'll feel one with the Lightning Everyone says you get use to it (and you do to an extent), but it is what it is and thats (@&$%()@$%)@$%)@$%)@$
I've prob changed 17-20 sets on my L's and I still find it to be a PITA,
(having Coil Thumb Screws is a must if you change them often, saves A LOT of time)

I'll tell you one thing with the 2.6 KB it's tit, easier than stock even, you dont have to remove ANYTHING except the inlet boot to the TB, now the Whipple thats another story..... (&@$%(&@$%(@$%(@$%@($%@($&$

I thought they were easy. Wait til you change all 8 on a Caddy (non-northstar) Front wheel drive car...or any other GM FWD V6 or V8 for that matter.

Once a year I gladly pay the 100.00 for labor and a set of plugs from JDM, why? Because it's a pita and I like my knuckles.

you should try it with a direct port nitrous kit, its actually easier for me to pull the lower intake once that and the blower is out of the way its not bad lol

As much as I take pride in doing everything, I'm with you. I've never changed my plugs, but I'm going to pay a pro to do it. To save 4 hours of cussing and busted knuckles for $100 is worth it.

Ribs came out OK. Calves and ankles are sore from leaning over the fender. No cuts or busted knuckles but the hands feel a little beat up. How anyone alone can do this in 45 minutes without ripping something out or breaking something by accident beats me. Now if I can just get the coil pack screws all back in.
