Cool SCCA Autocross - Last Chance

The last local SCCA autocross is scheduled for November 12th at Pennington Field in Hurst. Although this is a parking lot course, it should be a fun time. It even looks like the weather might cooperate.

Barry, if you are out there, see if you can get some of your R/T buddies together and we can all park in the same area.

Don't tell me you are going to run on those F1's! There must be strings hanging off of those things by now.

I've got two decent tires and the other two are almost smooth so I'm going to have to borrow my 17s from Doug to compete. I'm going to be in the ESP class anyway so I may as well use decent tires.

sixpipes,

Plan to be in town this week-end and want to join you. I used to live in Hurst, so know location. Can you provide times, plan to run stock. Also, considering Kennedale on Fri or Sat. Which is best? Is Fri. a test and tune?
Thanks in advance for help and invite.

Doug -

Should I swing by your work on Friday or come by on Saturday to get the TAs? If you run the early sessions, you could leave by noon easy. I know that folks are suppose to stay and work the turns, but there are always plenty of corner marshalls.

Sixpipes-Don't remove all of the skunk fumes! That along with your heavy music ported into your intake, might be just what you have been looking for to get you over the hump!
