Called Sal and ordered a new XCal-2 tuner to replace the 91 oct. Preditor can tune. woo hoo. Anybody guess or tell me in my simular situation if I'll, or they, notice(d) any difference plus or minus in power?

Comparable tunes are going to yield comparable results...unless the tunes are significantly different you're not going to notice any change.
