I had a similar problem with mine when I had my new hood installed. The guy who did it wanted to be nice and wash my engine compartment for and when he did he must have used a fire hose cause he messed up the #3 pack big time. Ford fixed for free but At crusing speeds between 20 and 60 mph it sounded bad. Fine now.
