Seen as low as $13.95 at K-B Toys. They're made by Burago (Italy).

You mean like this:

Try Toys"R"Us, WalMart, or any any local hobby store. Available in red or black. There were two blacks made. The first ones had chrome plated steps, rear bumper, and grills I believe. The second ones have the correct coloring.

I got to show you this model of my truck my buddy made. This guy has nothing better to do with his time so he builds models. He makes all the cars that are in the magazine's. My L even has working parking, tail, and headlights.

My dad bought me the black Burago Lightning model at Big Lots for $12.99!!! He said when he bought it, there were about 15 on the shelf, but when he was there a couple of days later, he said there was only one left that he saw.
I never thought I'd see anything that nice come from Big Lots, but I guess you learn something new every day

I have both the old and new versions of the Burago 1:21 Lightnings. The new black ones look much better.

I plan to put up a zing album of all my models soon. Got some real cool stuff, including: 85 T Type, 86 Grand National, 87 GNX, all with serial numbers, matching signed and numbered lithographs, and matching numbered window sticker! Got some cool Ford hot rods too!

NO NO NO NOOOOOO, you got to get the motion sensor activated display platform. My mother got me that for X-mas. That is the coolest thing for my L. When you walk up to it, it senses the person and puts the spot lights on the model. I'll take some pics tonight.

I going to go pick up my buddy tonight to do my drop kit, so When I go there I snap some picks of it.
