Those are "the newest SAE corrected #'s"
Before the computer went over it, the lines were just over the 300 mark....

I havent weighed my truck yet, be another one on the DML exactly like mine has been weighed at 4400.... (dunno how close)

Coolva,

Horse power ratings can be a little deceptive.. With a supercharger your HP goes up due to massive torque increases across the existing rpm range. This is unlike a normally aspirated engine upgraded with cams, heads and things of that nature which gets it's increases due to an extended rpm band. On a heavy vehicle, like a truck, it's that supercharger's torque that gets you rolling toward the traps. If you had a normally aspirated engine of the same displacement with a comparable HP rating as you supercharged 318 your times would be significantly less.

You guys deserve a compliment. It's nice to see that "L" and Dakota owners get along every once in a while and exchange positive thoughts and info. without argueing who's faster or better.

I've met Tim and he's good people so it makes it easy to get along. He's nothing like 2 nameless little goat breeders that that run an R/T board...but then again I don't think anyone is like them.
