But redlight has a point...

Bush's tax cut helps people in 80K-150K a year otherwise its roughly a 3% cut.

The thing is the 80% percentile (20% of people make more than this) is around 100,000K.

Those 20% pay almost 80% of the taxes. It is almost impossible to give a tax cut with a large amount of money back (a 1% cut doesn't sound like much) WITHOUT helping the rich/wealthy.

Think of it as an economy size discount on your taxes.

Coldie (whose taxes could pay for a new Lightning every couple of months <sigh> )
