Another version of the Grille Mod.

I'm at it again guys, after starting the grille mod craze over at Ford Truck World and F 150 Online almost four years ago (did not want to pay big $$$ for Harley grille), I wanted to update the look.
Ford's new signature wide bar grilles inspired me to come up with this look, and maybe take it a little further in the future, hope you like it.:coolman:

Bert.

Ok, well if you don't know how to do the grille mod, here's the original how to thread below. Just replace the 3\8 wheel molding with the 3/4 exterior chrome molding shown below. I'm tinkering with the idea of even going wider on the molding, but only doing three bars just like the new Ford Fusion.

Here's the how to link.

Here's the pic of the 3\4 molding package, enjoy.

No problem with heat so far, and I drive daily in Miami in bumper to bumper traffic in 90 degree heat. It probably helps a little on the top end just like the plexi glass grilles at the track.

Where do you think they got the model for the silouette? She's rubbing my back right now... (A little lower babe. Yeah that's the spot.)

How about one of these...

Sure would look sharp on your truck. What about mudflaps? Have you considered those? Man would those look SICK on that truck! Keep us abreast of all you future mods. That thing is a real work of art!
