I got the Lightning as a tow vehicle. This car is a 700cc, 800lb autocross car. 0-60 in about 4 sec 2 gees on the brakes and 1.9 gees in a corner. It was all built at home(except the motor, life is too short to figure out 2 stroke porting)

Now that looks like a whole lot of fun. Great way to get your ya ya's out without endangering a bunch of other folks on the road. I'm convinced that something like that, or a shifter kart, is a much more sensible solution to the need for speed, rather than spending a ton of bucks on something like a Z06 or Viper, which you can't exploit on the highway without losing your license anyway. I'll bet the whole package, truck, car, and trailer, cost less than a Z06.
