intercooler leak please help

intercooler leak please help
I did some searchs but came up with a ton of info. My intercooler just started leaking but my dealer is giving me all types of grief. I have seen the name jake doss but can not find a phone # for him. Or if anyone has any other useful info that I could give my dealer please help.

I don't know Jake's number. He is on the Tech Hot Line, not SVT. You need to have your dealer call Jake, they have the number, and he has the info on the "fix". Supposedly Ford is going to ship the new intercoolers on March 15.

FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP that knows what is going on. I worked for a Ford dealership and no way would I have put my L in the back shop. I drove to a few stores and talked to the service writers and found a store that I would take my L to.
When my I/C leaked, I drove to the store that I picked out, told them the I/C was leaking. They did not question me. The parts were ordered and came in three days later. I was called, an appointment was set, drove the L in at 8a.m. and it was out by 2:30p.m.
The point is: find a dealership that knows what they are doing
