Need Alot Of Advice!!!! 2000 Red L

Hey guys im new to this site and im looking to put LFP's new 3 lb lower on my 00L. Its got 88k on it and is my daily driver. ive changed every fluid, plug, and everything else u could imagine on the truck to make it run healthy. its got a new intercooler pump, complete intake system (upper manifold, sbtb, inlet pipe, 12"JDM cone) i have a 2.8 JDM upper pulley on it, LFP dual pass heat exchanger, and am putting a new 4r100 tranny from ford with PI 2400 stall convertor and JDM line mod valve with JDM deep sump pan on it. I just swapped the seals on the rear drive shafts and changed the rear diff oil again with royal purple 75w140. i also changed the super charger oil about 3k ago. my question is can i put a 3lb lower on and not worry about brakeing anything? i want to keep the upper on so i dont have to buy a stock size to fit the hub from JDM. like i said its my daily driver and i do like smoking the tires hear and there so it gets some abuse. what can you guys reccommend to me? should i go with a 2lb lower instead? i dont want to much stress on the motor or the new trans but i want a little more power. Currently my truck dynos at 390whp 480tq. any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks again

I would put a 4lb lower or even a 6 lb lower on it, and get it tuned..

6lb lower will net you over 425 on your setup..

and thats safe..

hell, Im running 17 psi near 530RWHP on a stock block right now...but I have a whipple supercharger...

my engine is running strong.. KNOCK ON WOOD...

for a few bucks more than what ford charges you can get a fully built BTS tranny, i would save your money on the stock tranny.

Why does a truck with only 88K need so much work? there are other sources for parts (better and cheaper) than JDM.

My recommendation is to do more research before dropping all that $.
