Well, I just got my truck back from the dealership, again. I am now on my THIRD transmission. Second one went with only 100 miles on it. They have had my truck for 5 1/2 weeks on and off. One thing I noticed is now I do not have a drain plug. I had one in the second tranny. Time for a "road test" now!

Oh, for those who are curious, my first one went out with almost 8500 miles on it. The second one went out @ 8600 miles.

Not sure about your law, but Cali lemon law states, if a problem continues for more than 3 times and still hasn't been fixed, and or has been in the shop a total of 30 days, it may be claimed as a lemon. <HINT> Calim lemon, get buy back, buy new 01 BLack L!!! <HINT>
