I have one too. Got $300 from Ford when I bought the truck so I picked the liner. I'll keep it in there until I can get a Perma Tech sprayed in liner.

Later,
Roger

HAD THE FORD-DURALINER INSTALLED WHEN I PICKED UP MY 01. SHOULD BE BETTER THAN A BED RUG, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAUL SOME HEAVY OR DIRTY ITEMS. I'M NOT SURE YET ABOUT SPRAYED ON LINERS.---JIM

I think it all depends on what you use your truck for. My L is a year round daily driver (in New England no less), and I throw my bike in the back to go practice or race atleast three times a week (along with a pressure washer, gas jug, tools etc) so a bedliner was the only answer for me. I have the Ford/Duraliner model which is really nice. It has a non-slip floor, a ~16" Ford logo on the front, and still allows access to the tie down anchors on the bottom. If you don't drive your truck in inclimate weather, don't haul stuff around on a regular basis, or want something just for show, a bedrug would probably be your best bet (along with a tonneau). Hope this helps. later...

I had a Linex sprayed in the first week I owned my L.
Looks very proffesional. I'm very happy with the results.

Trident Missile..thatw what it looked like.
Before I added the ******** Tonneau I had over the rail style, but after one fast run It launched like a missile and my friend and I watched in Amazement as it came back down to earth...It still sits in the Barn here in CT with a big scrape in it.
If one of the corners lift and the Air gets under it, see ya.
I like the Tonneau it seems to handle the air alot better.. I now protect the bed with a bed rug instead of a plastic Bedliner
