most people use the expedition seats. search and you'll find more pics of this stuff, and other center console mods. for a passengers seat, I don't know if anyone uses anything special... don't know why you would.

Find some one that does apulstry in cars and have him cut the passenger seat and the foam along where the stitchng meets with the middle part of the seat. He can use the Alcantara from the middle to finish of the side of the seat. Then you have to get floor mounts from a Expedition or a Crew Cab with capt chairs and use that in place of the bracket in the bench. This will save you money and you still have Lightning seats in you're truck.

I would like to loose my column shifter and 60/40, then go with two seats with the center shifter similar to the newer style FX4 F150s. I'm sure it could be done but at what cost..... Would be sweet IMO

I prefer steering wheel shifters. Even though less "sporty," the shifter falls right to hand for the only relevant shift -- F <> R.

My dad had a Chevy pickup with 3 on the Tree, and it was a blast to drive.

Haha...I had a three on the tree. Fun stock. Kinda tricky powershifting a 7000rpm race motor in a rickety ol 63 cheby

Cool

HI!... I removed my stock bucket seats and installed a set of RCI racing seats. Both seats combined weigh half of what one of the factory seats weighed. Extremely comfortable.

Ive had my eye on those seats for a while. Do you have your sholder harness bolted to the roll cage?

Yeah the harness is bolted to the crossbar......The seats are very nice. I think corbeau makes a more comfortable seat but I've driven my truck with these seats 2 hours one way and it didn't bother me all that much. I will say they are not near as comfortable as the stockers.....You wont be dissapointed with the seats though. I'm happy
