Post Weight Savings 101..part 1

Everyone,

After discussing weight savings this weekend at Cecil I decided to start weighting in:

Stock wheel & F1 tire: 59lbs

American Racing 16x8" rim & 11.5x26x16" MT ET Street: 45lbs

Spare tire: 55lbs

So I figure if I remove the spare and run with the ET's I have countered ~ 83lbs of the pro-sport.

Hmmmmmmmmm......

I will weight the hitch in later this week with the tailgate..

Just FYI......

Cool

2001 driveshaft is 20# compared to 25# for 99/00. Stock fan/clutch assembly is 9#, stock exhaust manifold(pair) 20#, and stock exhaust tips w/clamps 10#.

Cool

Passenger seat is 52# and driver's seat was 37# with electronics if I remember correctly (I forgot to write those down because I wasn't planning on replacing them).

Bean-bag race chair 3#.

Cool

Just a heads up, that hitch feels like a hell of a lot more than 46#'s when it's on your chest.

Check out the rest of the Go_Rila race product line up....

Sick part is it took Sixpipes no time to come up with this after a memorable trip to a local redneck race track.
