Ive been working on stangs for 5 years now. Im new to lightnings but not to cars in general. I use mobil 1 full synthetic and change it every 4-5k miles. I heard some use Royal purple synthetic. I think those two are pretty good

And my mechanic told me Royal purple destroys motors.

 

Yeah im talking about mustangs. Well i dont use Royal Purple but i have a couple of family members that are ford and lincoln mechanics and they have told me that its not the best but it does a pretty good job.

I say you will hand him his ***. I've seen a few at the tracks around here and I say you'll get him easily.

Wow, well do you know which motor oil really gives you more HP? I hear alot of opinions, bu seeing as you have worked on stangs for so long I am sure you would know.

Well, every car and motor is different. Compression/stroke all that fun stuff has a lot to do. Im new to the lightning so cannot give 100% advice. But for mustang you could ask as much as u want! REMEMBER : just cause it gives you more so called HP doesnt make it better in all ways. Some oils like royal purple as ive seen in my years of working on mustang do result in better hp#'s but ive seen a couple with more wear in the engine with it. So i recommend using additives when using that oil to balance the wear factor. OTher than that I SAY THE LIGHTNING WITH A GOOD DRIVER SHOULD AND HOPEFULLY TAKE THE WIN!!!

I was wondering how long it would take you to catch on to the sarcasim.....it was longer than I anticipated so I had to start laying it on pretty thick.

I must add that the random USE of words in all caps CONFUSES me a bit, the emphasis seems often misplaced. Is there some reason for the random tourettes like TYPING style you use, or do you occasionally shout one of every 6 words you SAY on a daily basis?

 

CAPS!!! i use for emphasize on certain words. Some people dont really read all of the forums so using CAPS makes it easier to see what the topic is about. IN THAT CASE you should tell everyone that does ADVERTISING to stop doing like e.g. BUY Sprite, WIN a lot of money in the LOTTERY!, ETC>> HAHA
