You will need a cylinder compression/leakdown tester, but you already knew that......???

If you have access to a Ford IDS (scan tool), you can do a relative compression test with it. It doesnt give you pressures but a scale to show consistency in all cylinders. It measures rpm differences with the ckp sensor.
