After replacing the guides, etc. my builder ported the stock 04' heads with a stage three port. My quesiton is, what is the difference between what my builder did and a set of preported stage threes from somewhere else? Also, arent the heads where alot of the power is made and if so how much do stage three port jobs usually make over stock unported heads? The search button kinda helped me with some questions but im looking for a little more clarification.

welcome to the site nick, but the stages will vary depending on who does it and your stock heads ported are no different then aftermarket ported heads
