Best all around stock size tires for our truck

I know this subject as been beat to death.

In your "opinion" what is the best all around tire for our truck?

Wet
Dry
Cold/snow

I'm sure no tire is good in the cold/snow for our truck, it is a truck with lots of power and torque.

I have a little over 67,000 mile on my 03 L, and I've used up all my used F-1 tires, and need new ones now.

Thanks for all the help guys/gals!!

I like the Nitto 555's; but, if you're looking for a tire that lasts, the Hankook RH06 tires aren't too bad.

I have tried 4 different tires in stock sizes and for a daily driver the Hankook Rh06 is the best Imho.

If I had Goodyear as a sponsor I would run the F1's for few thousand miles and grab a new set, street/strip/track.

Good luck

Looks like the Nitto 555 is the choice. I don't drag race much anymore; I know my truck will do 13:8's in warmer (70-90's) weather; in cooler temps (50-60's) it will do 13:4's to 13:5's. Anything under 50 degrees and the tires just spin.
About all the truck is used for now is commuting to work a couple days a week; and occassionally towing my boat. I use my wife's 4x4 for almost everything else, because it gets better mpg and uses 87 octane.
Thanks for all your help and opinions.

I prefer the factory spec F-1's for the street.

For a good all around tire the OEM F1's are tuff to beat, perfect-far from it but a good solid performance tire.

Well I could not find a tire dealer for Nitto's near me. So for shizs and giggles, I stopped at Good Year store near me yesterday, and they had the F1s on sell for 204.44 each, so I grab 4 of them. Plus a $50 dollar rebate, bad part is the sell ends 5/31/08, and it's only at Good Year stores. I went to S&S, and they wanted 375 a tire. (Rolls Eyes)

That's a smokin deal on a set of F1's. I'm calling tomorrow.

Macracer, I have had the toyos for over a year as well, and must say I am not impressed. They make alot of noise as soon as you get on it-even the wife complains- the absolutely suck in rain, and they are not as quiet as the F1"s at highway speed.

I will agree though that they are a tuff set of tires, they take abuse well A 6 pounder seems to do that to tyres.

I will not buy them again when I have to replace the tyres, I will try the Nittos or Kooks
