For anyone with a stock 99-00 honeycomb grille, can you measure the height and width of one of the honeycomb squares for me?

 

Anyone??

Or does anyone have an old 99-00 grille they want to get rid of?

I'm fairly sure I still have mine. Do you need the upper or lower? I can get measurements this afternoon if you need.

 

Either would work actually, I want to make a custom grille for my SVT Focus to match the stock lower grille which is the honeycomb pattern.

99-00 lightning grills are the same ones that are on the 99-03 F150s

The blocks are one and 9/16 inches wide to the inside of the pointed area, the flat is one and 1/16 inches the height is 7/8 of an inch.

 

Great, thanks! Looks like they are too big to match the Focus size. I kind of thought they might be.

Autozone or pep boys should have some wire mess grill in the ricer section that you could probably cut to size. i think the holes will probably be a little smaller than the lightning ones and a hell of allot cheaper.
