Ford F-series falls to # 5 position in the US to...

And Mustang sales are down 45%. Where are the suckers paying 30K over sticker for Shelbys now?

May was the first month since 1991 that the Ford F-series pickup--the best-selling model in the U.S.--was outsold. In this case, four fuel-efficient cars beat the F series: the Honda Civic and Accord along with the Toyota Corolla and Camry.

doesnt shock me one bit with fuel hovering at about $4 a gallon

No joke. Have you looked in your local paper, or online, and seen how many used f-150s are for sale?

I was at the dealership last week.
Rows of Expeditions, Super Dutys, F-150s, Mustangs, Explorers.....

and exactly two Focus and one Ranger on the whole lot.

I went back yesterday and they had got in a second Ranger.
They parked it next to an F-150 the same color.
The F-150 was $20k and the Ranger was $21k.
