Well, my stock a/c compressor crapped out on me on one of the hottest days of the year It made some hissing sounds and then sounded like a hitting a golf ball with a metal bat under the hood, instantly had no more cool air coming out of the vents.

I found a new compressor on e-bay but i'm not sure if will fit my 2000 L. It says 99-04 5.4l ebay Item number: 160249024854. Will this fit?? Thanks in advance guys


Also, if it does fit do you know of any other parts that i may need to replace while i'm at it??? (drier, etc...)

 

it looks to be the same.. I took mine out of my 2003 and from the pic looks the same..
