Hmm... well, here's my partial solution:

Mount your front plate inside the windshield. I bought a couple suction cups from the local grocery store and mounted my plate in the lower passenger side of the windshield.

I actually have it completely off now, but I think I'm going to put it back on just in case now.

Hi Guys, I wrote a letter to the courts saying my license plate was at a Body Shop and the shop forgot to mount the license plate back on. I might get off, the charge or maybe the fine will be lessen. I don't care the ticket says you can explain to the courts and you might get off. I'll try! Any way I mounted the plate thru my lower Billet Grill with 2 tie straps like I did before when I went for my Reconstruction and Safety Sticker. I really don't want to drill holes in my bumper. Where I live you'll see "Hawaii Five O" all over and I would hate to get pulled over for Beer Breath and get a DUI. So I guess I will leave the plate on. I was lucky not to be cited for Dark Tint too!

Thanks for advice Guys, DJY

CBQB3, I really don't know right now about the 20 inch rims! I just got into going to the Hawaii Raceway Park and got into 1/4 mile drag racing. I'm planning right now on purchasing some 16 inch rear rims and slicks and getting new 4:10 gears installed. My Johnny Lightning Drive Shaft Loop came yesterday in the mail. I'm happy now with the 18 inch rims. CBQB3 are you going to purchase the 20 inch replica rims???

I've gotten three speeding tickets in the past three months - and the last one had a no-front-plate as an added bonus. It was an additional $75.

I figure I've paid to fix three potholes this year!!!

I've been driving around since March with liscense plates that expired in March. Cops get behind me all the time. Nothing happens.

Don't be dork. This is the stupidiest advice I've ever seen. Put the plate on if they require you to. Why keep paying for them. In AL, they aren't required, but if it was it would be considered an equipment violation and points would accrue on your DMV report, unfortunately.
