I've got a '08 Bullitt that is rated at 315hp on regular from the 4.6l 3 valve (regular GT's rated at 300 hp). The Bullitt is the only Ford that has a dual fuel strategy that can run on regular and will get an extra 5 hp on premium. The engine senses the octane level (by knock sensors ?) and adjusts the timing to compensate.

Road tests show 0 - 60 at 5.0 sec and the 1/4 around 13.3 - 13.5 @ 104 mph. Comes standard with a 3.73 rearend. Weight is around 3500. Stock for stock the Bullitt may have an edge. Rated top speed is 151 mph. Limited dyno runs show 285 rwhp.
