brake issue

i have a 99 lightning and my abs light is on and my driver rear brake is working at all times. any ideas as to what might cause this? the front are fine and my other rear brake are working normal.

Have you pulled the wheel off and looked at the brake? Also pull the rotor to view the parking brake.
