What brake fluid?

OK, I figure my 00 L is probably overdue for a good brake fluid flush. Anyone know what type I should use? Any thing I need to know about flushing the lines/system, or just bleed it out through all the lines like a normal bleed.

ATE Super Blue Racing and ATE TYP 200 are the same brake fluid in two different colors (blue and amber, respectively). I alternate them between flushes to tell that all of the old fluid is out. 536/392 dry/wet boiling points.

To a point. You cannot use DOT 5 with ABS systems. When using DOT 5 any and all of the lower grade fluids must be completely flushed out.

I just bought me a couple bottles of the ATE Super Blue
