Sold my 04l to buy a roushf150 and sold ...

MAN OHH MAN, I regret selling my 04 lighting a few yrs ago to buy me a bigger roush f150 but that thing was a hog and had no b@lls. I sold that to one of my co workers and went to the dark side. I bought me a silver dodge ram srt 10 and i love the way they drive but i still miss my lightning. I am looking to sell it soon before i deploy again for the middle east and i will be getting me another lightning. This thing aint too shabby, heres a video of a couple of runs I did at the track. Long story short, keep your lightnings, these srt 10 are quick but at 9mpg, they can get quite expensive.

Good luck with the sale. Keep this one in mind when you go to buy another Lightning:

you had a lightning and then switched to a SRT-10? what was wrong with finding a '02-'03 harley truck? then you could've swapped everything over from the Lightning go fast and still have room

I will say this, you launched that srt better than any one I have run up against. I ran one when I was stock when I was running 13.2 and I destroyed him. It really caught me by surprise as I fully expected to get my *** handed to me. We raced 3 times, twice from a roll and once from a dig. The race from a dig wasn't even a race as he had a hell of a time launching. I think they are nice looking trucks with a lot of potential just not my cup of tea. Good luck on the deployment and Lightning purchase.

theyre kinda tricky to launch, i lower the tire pressure and feather the throttle out of the hole and then punched it. my best 60' with the stock tires was a 1.92.

If it was a roushcharged 3v, you could of had some potential with it, there are some screws in the 13's with the roush charger, did i mention they were 4x4 too,.
