there's a lot more to a lighting than jumping in and stomping the loud pedal

If I got a L, I would take it right out and start roasting the tires. Just saying.

Mine '99 has 195k and is still runs like a champ. Waiting until I do a plug change/intercooler cleaning before I do any burnouts though.

Glad to know you are a true owner, my apologies for the troll comment, but over the years it is common to have troll comments waste time trying to fix a non-existent truck.

Welcome aboard, if you have not done so, help yourself by searching for a reading up on common issues.

There is quite a laundry list of items to cover just concerning your question of no take off power, could be any one of 100 items or more. Like tarajerame said, don't drive it too much and do some research into what has been done so far.

With the right questions, we can all pitch in and help you get a reliable truck rolling.

Last thing, after the bug bites, the mod fever gets expensive quick, be prepared.

Good luck.
