How can I find the owner now?

How can I find the owner now?
Hello All,
It's been sometime ...like 2000. I purchased a new silver 2000 F-150 Lightning back in the year 00. I kept the truck and drove it around two years and ended up trading it for a more family type car. Yes, I had twin girls and no longer could keep the truck.
Well, cleaning up my home office I found all the orginal paper, certifcates and all the stuff that comes with a new lightning.
Could anyone help me locate the new owner so that I could return the paperwork, certifcate and the orginal window sticker?

Your going to have to find someone that has an open carfax and run the vin for you.
I was only able to get this much
VIN: 2FTZF0734YCB09748

Recall Results: Open Recall found:
Manufacturer recall issued
Recall # 05S28
SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM MODIFICATION

This open recall leads me to believe that this truck might not be around anymore.
