What Tires is Everyone Runnin at the Dragstrip?

I have had better results with the BFG's....my 96 Cobra has 4.56 gears though and was quicker than yours. Big gears need stickier tires IMHO. Your 3.27 Cobra gears most likely had a tough time breakin' the 245's loose....lol Honestly though I think either one would work it's just the Nittos will last longer... Jeff

As pictured below, you could see the wrinkle that I had with just a short 26x10x16 ET DRAG. You need that wrinkle in the sidewall to "spring" the truck down the 1320. On street tires I run in the low 12.50's with my limited mods.
