Truck cover for the L

Anybody cover their L up? I cant find a local dealer here that
has a cover to fit the L.
If you do use a cover, where did you get it and about what did
it cost?

FRITZ:
I bought mine from Ford off their web site and it has "Lightning" embroidered on the front at about grill level. It looks great. I like mine......

I've got a California Car Cover for my L. Superweave material, top shelf quality. Keeps the truck clean and protected.

I went to the Ford dealer and ordered the standard F-150 cover. It looks great (nice silver color) and fits the truck like a glove, even has a little hole for the antenna. Cost was around 130 bucks.

Hey, DJMAN..., I think i have the same cover as you do, is it kinda like a foil material on the outside?? Anyways, this past weekend i was using it because i was parked under some pine trees, and i went to take the cover off and i ripped the cover right at the seam of the cover by the driver's side mirror. I was stunned that the cover would rip so easily, but i think im going to take it back and see what they can do for me. After all, its only the 3rd time i've used it.

I bought mine from California Car Cover. Since my L lives outside, I bought a blue Stormweave cover. Top notch quality!

Jay, i throw my cover in my truck behind the driver's seat, and i dont think the Cali cover would fit due to its thickness and the weight of the cover. Anyways, i saw you are from La Hbra. I'm right next door in Whittier. What color's your L? Maybe i've seen you around.

I bought mine from www.icollection.com It has Lightning stiched into the front of it. It is close to 2 yrs and is holding up fine. I believe the price was $220-$230.

FRITZ: I ordered mine from the same site as Fast Gator however the link doesn't work any more. I don't know what's up with that. Sounds like he has the same cover I do. The only information I can give you is from the paper that they sent with the cover. It looks like a direct shipment from Fords supplier. The company is Covercraft (403-238-9651) The part number on the paper is CFS10157NH. The discription says S10157. I can't tell you if they will sell direct but this info is the best I can do since the original site seems to be gone.
