There are some unusual names here. I was wondering how they originated. Care to share?

moonshine (mĄn´shėn´) noun
1. Moonlight.
2. Informal. Foolish talk or thought; nonsense.
3. Illegally distilled whiskey. In this sense, also called white lightning.

Sleep where I want to. Make messes wherever I go. Chase the cats. Smell funny sometimes.

Talking

I originally was going to buy a used 99 Black Lightning, and ended up 6 months later buying a new 01 BLack Lightning. By then, this name had sooo many posts that I just left the 99 there.

my name comes from my initials, JRM (John Rutledge McGregor) and the cc displacement of my first car, a 1994 honda civic dx hatchback... (1493 cc). i just started using it because jrm was always taken and i can usually assume that there arent 1493 people with my name...

don't get me wrong, i'm no riceboy, but i loved that little car (not nearly as much as my truck though!) - i never modded it at all (except for a tach and stereo). it was a great little car and extremely fun to drive. my sister totaled it about 5 months ago... which was good because i got my truck a few months early, but bad because that was a good little car (it was going to be hers anyway because i recently graduated from college and the truck was a graduation gift from my parents; it wouldve been nice to go home and drive it from time to time, though! ).

It's my name cause I have one....and I did not have a Lightning when I first joined the board, was just a car I was considering at the time.
