Finally made the sub box, pics inside
With the help of my friend, 46 screws, numerous power tools, half a tube of caulk, some spray adhesive, 8 hours of work and enough fumes to kill a sasquach we made this
We ran into a little problem, when working with Mark's dimensions we descided to do the top different and well it didn't fit so we had to router the back edge and it fit rather welll.

Now that its to late, you should have made the box to go on the passenger side of the truck. The bass would be louder and sound better for you. The way you got it the passenger side will sound better, but thats ok because it can get your old lady all excited now. Stuff magazine said that bass gets woman aroused!

What do you mean "Finally"?!? It took me a week to get where you are now. Although the second box only took about 6 hours, not including the metal ring and covering it.
What sorts of problems did you encounter with my dimensions? Did I leave something out or was some figure way off?
I finished up the first one today along with the amps and put all the interior back in:
I went for the "stealth" amplifier install:

Mark, nothing wrong with your dimensions, I was just a bit stupid instlead of sandwhiching the top in between the two side pieces, i just stuck it on top. That ofcourse made it higher and I forgot about that. So that tapered top isn't for looks, but to make the thing fit lol, we had to use a rouder to make a lip.
