The only reason I don't think those in-hood-induction type hoods don't look good on our trucks is because we're so "tall" already. Looks good on lower cars, like an RX-7...

I would like to see a carbon fiber tonneau for the bed. One of the reasons I have a soft cover is I didn't want to add 100 lbs to the truck.

aarrgghhh!

Am I the only one that can't get to a *clear* picture of an F150 hood from this link? There is one on the opening page, but they must have taken the picture in an unlit garage at midnight or something, because I can't see any detail at all. After like 5 minutes of searching for a hood to fit a 2000 F150, my comp keeps giving me some sort of error "timed out" message. I'm actually interested in what this hood looks like, because I was planning to order an AAD hood very shortly, but the idea of painting most of a carbon fiber hood to match my truck (silver), but leaving certain accent areas showing the carbon fiber seems pretty cool. Is it just my computer at work, or the site thats all francissed? Thanks. later...

Thanks Tampa. I think I still like the AAD one better, but carbon fiber is soooo trick. I guess the upshot of getting the carbon one is that you would probably never run into another one on the road...let alone on another lightning. I don't know though, I've got some pretty good ideas for paint that might look good on that hood; it never ends. Thanks again.
