With this most recent post, I feel the need to publicly declare you the once, present, and future king of the "graphic thread punctuation", as it were. You consistently drop the "JPEG bomb" with military precision. I consider the post above to be the zenith of your long and distinguished career. Magnificent.

That is a deservedly famous and often-reproduced image of "the man". That one frame captures the distilled essence of him, his music, and moreover his "legend". It's his "mana" as the Maori would say. I really needed to see that - especially today.

Please, PLEASE, somebody follow up with some disrespectful or otherwise insulting words about the "Man In Black" portayed above. I really feel the need right now to SEVERELY abuse somebody, anybody, and would appreciate it if somebody would volunteer for such treatment.

You're certainly dangling a tasty hunk of bait, but I can see a nasty, sharp hook sticking out of it. Plus, your effort at provocation lacks a certain sincerity.

As for the ram air, thanks for asking. All of the component pieces are cut, ground, and polished. Half of the unit (the flange at the airbox) is welded up and complete. The second unit (the "scoop") is still awaiting assembly.

This is all being done on the "down low" using "company resources", hence the snail's pace. I'm looking forward to the results, and will share with the group.

And remember, before you go messing with the Man In Black - he shot a man in Reno, JUST TO WATCH HIM DIE! Consider yourself warned.
