Has anyone installed Herb's washers themselves?

Washer install
Herb Here,
Jack the front of the truck up. PLace jackstands under the front of the frame. Take a floorjack and place it under the lower control arm. (Driver's side control arm) Use the floorjack to take some of the pressure off the spring. Take the nut off the bolt in the control arm that is towards the rear of the truck. Take the bolt out, put the washer into the slot in the frame. Replace the bolt, use some red locktite on the treads of the bolt replace the nut and your done. I don't know the numbers for the nut. SORRY.
