Could someone let me know where to trade in my '00 wheels for chromed ones? I remember a long while ago someone in CA doing this. Are there any other companies in the U.S. that do this, and would any of these companies also sell new tires so that I can order them all together and have them shipped already mounted and balanced.
I know the Tire Rack will mount tires on their new wheels, but I'd like to trade what I've got - not buy outright.

The company you are thinking of is Santa Anna Wheel. They will sell you 4 chrome rims for 500, but their is a 1000 dollar core charge until you return the old ones. Do a search for the name and I am sure you will get addresses and phone numbers and such. Not sure about the tires coming mounted and balanced, it only costs about 50 bucks to have all 4 dismounted, mounted, and balanced at a local tire shop. Later.

 

Others should have more definite information,but you could have existing wheels chromed & save money!
