Should I sell it....
Wow, its been just over 6 yrs since Ive been on this site. Kinda stopped after I had my first kid and now I have two. This isn't a for sale post. And its not for sale but I'm toying with the idea of selling my 01. Its this big thing sitting in the garage, taking up space, costing me money in insurance, never really driven but a few times a year to take it out. I can't put the family in it to go get ice cream or to go to a car show. Trust me, I love the way it looks, sounds and drives. But is it practical anymore? I don't know. I don't see many for sale on ebay or see two many on the streets. And I don't need to sell it but would I be better suited getting something smaller that I can cram the whole family in? I don't know. I guess I just wanted to share my thoughts. Due to the weather, no decisions need to be made for a couple of more months. Thanks!

There's no right answer. That's a question only you can answer. I will never ever not have a toy because I'm a car nut and hopefully be able to hang onto my truck until I'm old. When it's a big hobby you always find a way. If you're not as passionate anymore then time to sell. I see a good deal of people in your shoes with mint trucks and cars like the lightning and sell. Then they regret it. Family first but with a hobby like this, hopefully the family support it unless its an overbearing obsession that affects bills and livelihood.

Yeah, you probably should. When my kids were little, I had a Ford Fiesta (60hp) and a Chevy LUV pickup (80hp).
Or you could buy a Magnum with a Hemi. Plenty of room and comfort for a family and power for the family man who likes power and handling! You many have noticed my thread where I posted mine just got hit and I expect it to be totaled. I would have kept it otherwise. I bought it new, a 2005 model, rated 17 city, 25 highway. It will also tow up to 3800lbs.

My opinion, thats a tough decision. If your not sure and you don't need to, DON'T! You will probably regret it later. It may even make a great project to work on with the kids later on. But you also could probably sell it and buy a supercab. I love my extended cab truck and we can haul all 4 of our grandkids in it.
So many options its really hard to make a decision like that. My wife and I are Christians so we always pray together about any difficult or big decisions, and we usually get an answer about what we should do.
